Post-wise Duties

Drone Operations Team

The pilots and co-pilots will prepare missions, check aircraft and batteries, watch weather conditions and coordinate with clients, project teams and field staff. Pilots also maintain flight logs, handle routine troubleshooting and follow aviation safety procedures during travel-based assignments.

RPTO Training Team

Instructors will demonstrate safe flying and coach trainees during practical sessions, while supervisors will manage training schedules, records and equipment. Both roles help keep the Remote Pilot Training Organisation aligned with DGCA protocols and approved training practices.

Administration and Support Team

The Tender Executive will prepare bid documents, track procurement activity and support contract administration. Supervisors will coordinate day-to-day work, while the driver, cooking team and housekeeping staff will keep transport, food service and workplace operations running reliably.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: the initial contract runs for one year. Renewal depends on satisfactory performance, organisational need and the individual's work.
• Field work: drone staff should be ready to travel to project sites and work in changing outdoor conditions.
• Aviation compliance: pilot and RPTO roles must follow DGCA rules, company procedures and safe equipment-handling practices.
