District Project Livelihood College, Bastar has released a walk-in interview notification for 5 Trainer posts across different trades including Environmental Science, Retail, Construction, and IT/ITES. Candidates with 10th pass, 12th pass, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation can attend the walk-in interview. The walk-in date is 25 March 2026 at the Livelihood College in Jagdalpur. Selected trainers will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 22,500.

District Project Livelihood College, Bastar (Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh) has announced walk-in interviews for 5 Trainer positions on a purely temporary and contractual basis. These positions are under the Mukhyamantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana skill development schemes. There is no written exam — selection is based on document verification and interview. The contract is for up to 12 months with possible extension based on performance.

Who Can Apply?

Solar PV Installation Helper (Environmental Science):

• 10th pass with 2 years of hands-on working experience in installation and maintenance of Solar PV Power Plants
• OR as per the Relevant Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS)

Retail Sales Assistant (Retail):

• 12th pass and qualified at minimum NCrf/NSQF Level 4.0 in Retail Store Operations or Sales, with 4 years of industry or training experience (minimum 2 years in store operations)
• OR Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management, qualified at minimum NCrf/NSQF Level 4.0, with 2 years of industry or training experience (minimum 1 year in store operations)

Assistant Mason (Construction):

• B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 1 year experience
• OR Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 2 years experience
• OR ITI in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 4 years experience
• OR BA/BSc/Ex-Army/12th in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 4 years experience

Digital Mitra (IT/ITES):

• Graduate in any discipline with 2 years of industry experience in the digital business domain

Assistant Electrician (Construction):

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of site executive experience and 1 year training in construction electrical works
• OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of site executive experience and 1 year training in construction electrical works
• OR ITI in relevant trade with 6 years of site executive experience and 1 year training in construction electrical works
• OR Graduation in any stream with 6 years of site executive experience and 1 year training in construction electrical works

Note: ToT-Domain Certification and Platform Certification/CTI/CITS certificate holders will be given preference. If not available at the time of selection, candidates must obtain the certification from SSC within 1 month.

Salary

• Selected trainers will receive a monthly training stipend of Rs. 22,500.
• The stipend is payable only during the active training period. No stipend will be paid during breaks between training batches.
• Government or Semi-Government or Private organization experience will be considered valid.

Application Fee

• No application fee — this is a walk-in interview. You just need to bring your application form and documents.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

The selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Document Verification: Your educational certificates, experience certificates, age proof, and other required documents will be verified first. Registration and document verification happen from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an interview by the selection committee from 1:30 PM onwards. The selection committee's decision will be final.

Selection is purely on merit basis. If you apply for more than one trade, you must fill separate application forms for each.

2. Fill in the application form completely along with your biodata.
3. Collect self-attested photocopies of all your educational certificates, experience certificates, age proof, and ID proof.
4. Bring 2 passport-size photographs.
5. Reach the District Project Livelihood College, Aadawal, Jagdalpur, District Bastar on 25 March 2026 by 10:00 AM.
6. Complete registration and document verification between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
7. Attend the interview from 1:30 PM onwards.

• Follow the guidelines issued by the Skill Development Department and Livelihood College administration
• Participate in counselling sessions to help trainees improve their employability
