This opening is advertised through the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP) career portal on behalf of the District AYUSH Officer, Katni. CEDMAP is a Madhya Pradesh government organisation that has worked in skill development and entrepreneurship promotion for over three decades, and it also handles hiring for contractual project posts across various Madhya Pradesh government departments. The selected Data Entry Operator will work at the Office of the District AYUSH Officer, Katni and support the state's implementation of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National AYUSH Mission (NAM) - a Government of India scheme that promotes the AYUSH systems of medicine (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) at the district level.

As a Data Entry Operator on this project, you will maintain periodic reports on the AYUSH sector, handle data entry and retrieval for National AYUSH Mission software, and keep records and files updated. You will also assist the District Program Manager and State Finance Manager with financial data and MIS reports covering sanction-wise, year-wise and component-wise status of the grant-in-aid received from the Government of India, along with its expenditure and utilization certificates. The role also involves online coordination with the PMU (AYUSH & NHM), the District/State Health & Family Welfare institute, and the State Health System Resource Centre for data related to the AYUSH sector, along with general office work in MS Office and Tally ERP.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Graduation in Computer Application/IT/Business Administration, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, BBA, B.Sc-IT, or Graduation with a 1-year diploma/certificate in Computer Science from a recognised institute or university.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a government organisation, ideally with exposure to social sector schemes at the national, state or district level.
• Computer Skills: You should know MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access, and be comfortable with day-to-day computer operations including handling of basic threats like malware.
• Typing Speed: 30 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Hindi is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the health sector, including AYUSH.

Salary

• You will get a salary of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month on a contract basis, based on your experience and qualifications.
