MPPGCL ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Overview
Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL) is offering ITI Apprentice training at Gandhisagar Hydel Power Station in Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh. The engagement comes under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and gives you a training placement at the power station. This is an apprenticeship, and completing it does not make the company responsible for offering you a job.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Training term: The apprenticeship lasts one year. The notice also allows vacancies arising during the year to be filled from applications received through this advertisement.
- Local preference: Madhya Pradesh domicile is compulsory. Residents of Mandsaur, Neemuch, Ratlam, Agar and Ujjain receive preference before remaining seats are considered for applicants from other districts.
- Accommodation: You need to arrange your own stay. Company accommodation may be offered only if it is vacant and available, and you would need to pay the prescribed charges.
- Trade choice: You can apply for only one trade. Check your chosen trade carefully before completing your application.
- Reservation: Reservation follows the applicable apprenticeship and state rules. The OBC allocation may change following the Madhya Pradesh High Court decision, and the company may revise seats during review.
- Unfilled reserved seats: If the required SC or ST applicants are unavailable, seats can first be adjusted between those categories. Seats still vacant may then be filled from other categories.
- Joining: Your selection can be cancelled if you do not join within the time given. The power station also keeps the right to cancel a selection when there is a valid reason.
- Communication: Offers will appear in your apprenticeship profile, while correspondence will go to your email. Keep an email account that remains valid for at least one year and check both channels regularly.
- Accuracy: Incomplete, incorrect or false information can lead to rejection. Make sure your profile reflects your own details.

न्यूनतम योग्यता
ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized government or private institution under SCVT/NCVT in Madhya Pradesh; ITI must have been completed within the previous 5 years. Madhya Pradesh domicile is required.

18 - 27 वर्ष (15 नव. 2026 तक)

- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 वर्ष
- Persons with disabilities: 10 वर्ष
