DPCC Multi-Post Recruitment 2026: Overview
Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), under the Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi, is recruiting for engineering, scientific, laboratory, legal and systems posts. This is a rolling deputation drive, including short-term contract, based at DPCC in Delhi. The notice combines specialist and support posts in the same recruitment exercise.
Posts and Disciplines
- Environmental engineering: Senior Environmental Engineer, Environmental Engineer and Assistant Environmental Engineer form the engineering group. The circular connects this group with pollution control and related technical fields.
- Scientific posts: Additional Director (Scientific), Senior Scientist L-II (Scientist-D), Senior Scientist L-I (Scientist-C) and Scientist-B form the scientific group.
- Laboratory posts: Scientific Assistant and Senior Lab Assistant are the laboratory stream within the same notice.
- Legal posts: Assistant Law Officer and Legal Assistant make up the legal stream.
- Systems post: System Analyst is the separate computing post. Its detailed requirements cover electronic data processing and programming.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The initial deputation is for one year and can be extended up to three years. Your appointment remains subject to the deputation terms in the circular.
- Earlier deputation: The ordinary three-year limit includes an immediately preceding deputation in another outside-cadre post in the same or another Central Government organisation or department.
- Existing applications: If you already applied against an earlier advertisement with all required records, the notice says you do not need to apply again.
- Withdrawal: DPCC states that you cannot withdraw your candidature after applying. Consider the deputation commitment before forwarding your application.
- Vacancy changes: The advertised positions are tentative. DPCC may increase or decrease them, and it can decide not to fill a post.
- Employer release: The employer certification includes confirmation that you will be relieved immediately if selected. Your current organisation therefore has a direct part in the application.

Send the prescribed application through your employer to The Administrative Officer, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, 3rd Floor, IT Park, DMRC Building, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053. Use English or Hindi and write the name of the post on the envelope.
An advance copy does not replace forwarding through the proper channel. If you send one, the circular requires your department's permission for appearing and an undertaking to provide the remaining records before joining.

Regular officers or officials of Central/State Government, Union Territories, recognized research institutes, autonomous bodies, statutory bodies or PSUs, subject to each post's permitted employer categories and service conditions. Post-wise engineering, science, law or computing qualifications apply. Private-sector, unemployed, retired and contractual applicants are excluded.

System Analyst: electronic data processing and actual computer programming experience. Scientific Assistant: laboratory-work experience.
