Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract period: Your initial appointment runs for one year. The bank may renew it annually after considering your performance and its own needs; an extension is not automatic.
• Work base and travel: You will be based at the Vijayawada head office. The assignment also involves extensive visits to APCOB branches, DCCBs and their branches across Andhra Pradesh, so the work extends beyond the head office.
• Paid leave: You earn one day for every completed month, up to 12 days over 12 months. You cannot take more than four days together. Unused leave cannot be carried forward or exchanged for money.
• Other absence: Absence outside the permitted leave is treated as loss of pay and affects the fixed part of your compensation. Consider these limits when planning personal commitments during the contract.
• Interview travel: The bank does not pay a travelling allowance for attending the interview. You will need to make your own travel arrangements.
• Recruitment decisions: APCOB may change the terms of the notice. Meeting the minimum conditions does not guarantee an interview call, and the bank's decisions on suitability and selection are final.
• Accuracy of information: Incorrect details or concealed material information can lead to cancellation of your candidature. If the bank discovers the issue after appointment, it may end your service.
