ANIIDCO (Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited) is hiring 4 Consultants — for Project Coordination, Engineering & Contracts, Land Acquisition & Revenue, and Project Monitoring & MIS — to support infrastructure projects in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Andaman and Nicobar Islands Integrated Development Corporation Limited (ANIIDCO) Consultant Recruitment 2026 - 4 Posts

ANIIDCO, working under the guidance of the Andaman and Nicobar Administration, has released a notice to engage 4 Individual Consultants to assist in implementing various infrastructure projects across the islands, including coordination support for the Great Nicobar Island (GNI) project. These experts will support project coordination, engineering oversight, land acquisition, and project monitoring functions from ANIIDCO's office at Sri Vijaya Puram. No written exam is required — selection is entirely through a walk-in interview. Each consultant will be engaged for a fixed period of 3 years, extendable up to a maximum tenure of 5 years based on project requirements and your performance. Experienced professionals from engineering, urban planning, law, and management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Positions Available

• Consultant (Project Coordination): MBA or Graduate in Engineering, Urban Planning, or Infrastructure Management with 8+ years of experience. You will coordinate the GNI project, liaise with A&N Administration, PMCs, EPC contractors, and regulatory agencies, and report to the competent authority.
• Consultant (Engineering & Contracts): Civil Engineer with 8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, procurement, and EPC contracts. You will review DPRs technically and monitor design and construction activities.
• Consultant (Land Acquisition & Revenue Specialist): Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Law, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in land acquisition and revenue matters. You will coordinate with the Revenue Department and district administration on land acquisition, mutation, and compensation issues.
• Consultant (Project Monitoring & MIS Specialist): Graduate in Engineering/MBA or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in project monitoring, MIS, and GIS. You will build and maintain project monitoring dashboards and GIS-based tracking systems.

The number of positions may change as decided by the Corporation, and ANIIDCO reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the selection process at any stage.

Who Can Apply?

Consultant (Project Coordination):

• You need an MBA or Graduate degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or Infrastructure Management or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in large infrastructure projects, project coordination, contract management, and stakeholder engagement

Consultant (Engineering & Contracts):

• You need to be a Civil Engineer
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in infrastructure projects, procurement, EPC contracts, project scheduling, and monitoring

Consultant (Land Acquisition & Revenue Specialist):

• You need a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Law, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in land acquisition, revenue matters, rehabilitation, resettlement, and government procedures

Consultant (Project Monitoring & MIS Specialist):

• You need a Graduate degree in Engineering/MBA or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in project monitoring, MIS, data analytics, GIS, and dashboard development

Teaching, part-time, internship, self-employment, and freelance work will not be counted as experience.

Age Limit

• The maximum age is 50 years for all four Consultant posts, as on the last date of application (12 August 2026).

Salary

• Selected Consultants will get monthly pay of Rs. 1,60,000 to Rs. 2,90,000, same for all four posts.
• You will also get a Housing Allowance (10% of your monthly pay) and a Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 10,000 per month.
• Travel expenses (hotel, taxi, and food) during project work, and two yearly hometown air trips, are reimbursed as per entitlement.
• No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in interview itself.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done through a walk-in interview in 2 stages:

1. Screening and Shortlisting: ANIIDCO will screen applications and shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications and experience.
2. Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview in person at the Conference Hall, ANIIDCO Ltd, Vikas Bhawan, Sri Vijaya Puram, or through Google Meet video conferencing, on 17 August 2026 from 10:00 AM, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Final selection is subject to verification of your age, educational qualification, and experience documents before joining.
