Post-wise Duties

Therapy and Arts Teaching

You will support rehabilitation through your therapy or arts discipline. The notice groups yoga, dance, music and art within the same part-time role.

Nurse

You will support nursing care at the centre. Your work forms part of the medical support available to people receiving rehabilitation services.

Peer Educator

You will work with people who use drugs and help them understand harmful use and relapse prevention. Communication and a commitment to recovery are central to this role.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract continuation: An extension depends on mutual consent. The appointment gives no right to a regular post or continued service.
• Local preference: The notice seeks local applicants and gives preference to residents of the same district.
• Work location: You may be assigned anywhere in North and Middle Andaman, including remote or difficult areas when directed.
• Interview expenses: You must arrange your own accommodation. The administration will not pay travel or daily allowance for attending.
