MPESB Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) is running the Group 3 combined recruitment for technical posts across state departments, development authorities and government colleges. This notice brings together regular, backlog and contractual openings, so your department and post preference matter as much as the broad job title. The board has reopened applications and postponed the earlier examination schedule.

• Technical Assistant: These appointments are spread across engineering, computing and hotel-management units in government colleges.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Post preferences: You can choose several suitable posts in the same application. The board considers the preferences you record; a strong score does not add an omitted post to your choices.
• Appointment terms: Most entries are direct recruitment, but the explicitly contractual entries keep their own service terms. Read the department entry before treating a particular opening as a regular appointment.
• Reservation tables: Some department entries distinguish the main allocation from a provisional allocation linked to the pending court decision on reservation. These are parts of the same notified recruitment, not extra vacancies.
• Department control: MPESB conducts the recruitment examination and sends results to the departments. The recruiting department completes the appointment process under its own service rules.
• Changes to posts: The rulebook allows department names and advertised posts to change. Your final appointment depends on the applicable departmental rules and the board’s later notices.

Application Submission Notes

Baiga, Sahariya and Bharia applicants: The rulebook provides a separate hard-copy route to the recruiting department for covered non-executive posts. Sending that application to MPESB does not meet this requirement; the special route does not exempt executive posts from the examination.
