• Consult department officials and users to define business, functional and technical needs.
• Study existing processes, identify gaps and resolve conflicting information from different sources.
• Prepare business requirements, FRS, SRS, traceability records and user manuals.
• Create architecture diagrams, flow charts, interface designs and high-level prototypes.
• Coordinate with CGG teams and external system stakeholders on specifications and integration.
• Support implementation and user acceptance testing, and record requested changes.
• Train stakeholders to use the applications and present findings to project managers.
• Record attendance and daily work logs in VirtuO.
