IIMCEMF is a Section 8 company set up to raise funds from alumni, corporates, and HNIs to support the Institute's goals. Vacancy Breakdown

• Chief Executive Officer (CEO) -- IIMC Endowment Management Foundation -- 1 post. The highest executive role, responsible for fund raising from alumni, corporates, family offices, and philanthropists. Reports to the IIMCEMF Board.
• Vice President (Institutional Outreach) -- IIMC Endowment Management Foundation -- 1 post. Focuses on raising CSR funds from corporates, foundations, and family offices. Reports to the CEO.
• Vice President (Alumni and HNI Outreach) -- IIMC Endowment Management Foundation -- 1 post. Focuses on fund raising through alumni and high net-worth individuals globally. Reports to the CEO.
• Academic Associate (AA) -- IIM Calcutta -- 1 post. Assists faculty members in academic work including research and teaching support.

Who Can Apply?

CEO -- Endowment Management Foundation

• Education: Good Bachelor's degree with MBA from a premier institution
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of working experience. Must have proven experience as CEO or Head of Business Unit with revenue/profit target responsibility
• Preferred profiles: Sales/Marketing leaders from B2B organisations, Investment Bankers, those with fund-raising experience. IIM Calcutta alumni preferred

VP (Institutional Outreach)

• Education: Good Bachelor's degree with MBA from a premier institution
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in corporate outreach, CSR engagement, or fund raising
• Preferred: IIM Calcutta alumni preferred

VP (Alumni and HNI Outreach)

• Education: Good Bachelor's degree with MBA from a premier institution
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, HNI engagement, or fund raising
• Preferred: IIM Calcutta alumni preferred

Academic Associate

• Education: Post Graduation or equivalent in Management, Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology preferred), Economics, Finance, Mass Communication, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics. Ph.D. candidates can also apply
• Marks: Minimum 60% marks throughout

Professor of Practice

• Education: Ideally Master's/PhD degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional qualification) from a reputed institute. For candidates with significant senior industry experience, Master's/PhD may not be essential
• Experience: Preferably 15 years of service/experience at a senior level
• Expertise areas: HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Finance and Control, Management Information Systems, Public Policy, Marketing, Operations Management, or Strategic Management

Age Limit

• CEO: Preferably below 55 years
• VP (Institutional): Preferably below 50 years
• VP (Alumni and HNI): Preferably below 50 years
• Academic Associate: Not more than 30 years as on date of application
• Professor of Practice: Preferably below 65 years as on date of advertisement

Salary

• CEO: Competitive, market-linked compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience
• VP (Institutional): Market-linked compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience
• VP (Alumni and HNI): Market-linked compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience
• Academic Associate: Consolidated stipend of Rs. 34,000 per month. Annual revision based on performance. Additional benefits include library membership, computer services, canteen facility, transport, and medical unit access
• Professor of Practice: Rs. 1,20,000 per month (all inclusive) for 15 equivalent hours of engagement per month. Additional pay for extra hours as per Institute norms. Campus accommodation may be provided subject to availability
