Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is recruiting IT Assistants for outsourced deployment with Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Ltd. (DTTDC), a government undertaking. The engagement supports DTTDC divisions, including its General Administration Division (GAD), through a contractual arrangement initially lasting one year. You should understand both the departmental work and the outsourcing conditions before deciding whether this opportunity suits you.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract duration: The initial engagement is for one year. The general terms also link deployment to the fixed engagement period, the outsourcing contract ending, or regular staff joining the posts.
• Employment status: This is a contractual, outsourced engagement. It does not give you a claim to a regular appointment in the organisation, even if you are selected and deployed.
• Deployment: Your workplace may be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. The department can assign shifts or rotational work according to its needs, so the interview venue should not be treated as a guaranteed posting location.
• Panel conditions: Getting shortlisted does not guarantee deployment through ICSIL. Likewise, attending the walk-in does not by itself mean that you have been selected for the assignment.
• Travel: You must meet your own travel costs for the interaction and document review. ICSIL will not pay travel or daily allowances for attending, or extra conveyance for deployment.
• Security deduction: ICSIL will retain an amount equal to fifteen days of salary, split equally between your first and second months. Refund with applicable savings-bank interest depends on a no-dues certificate from the client department and completion of your contractual obligations under the appointment letter.
• Departmental engagement: The assignment operates under the department's project or scheme requirements. Applicable statutory obligations continue to apply to the engagement.
• Accuracy and completeness: Incomplete applications can be rejected. False or misleading information can also lead to rejection at any point during recruitment, so the information you provide must be consistent and accurate.
• Conduct: Attempts to influence recruitment through officials, intermediaries or recommendations can lead to disqualification and affect future opportunities. You are also expected to behave professionally throughout the process.
• Administrative decisions: ICSIL may accept or reject applications without explaining its decision and may withdraw the advertisement without notice. The interview committee's decision is final.
