Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is continuing its recruitment for a Chief Legal Advisor through deputation. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Deputation period: The initial assignment lasts three years. DDA can extend it annually up to a total of five years, but an extension is not automatic.
• Early termination: DDA may end the assignment before the initial or extended period is complete. The deputation follows the Department of Personnel and Training terms cited in the circular.
• Substantive appointment: DDA considers your regular post and its substantive pay status. Show financial upgrades separately so they are not confused with the post you actually hold.
• Different pay systems: If your organisation uses a different pay structure, clearly identify the comparable Central Government structure in your application. This helps DDA assess your service position against the stated conditions.
