Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) Project Technical Support III Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a grant-in-aid institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has released notification number TMC/AD/81/2026 for one Project Technical Support III post at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. The post is under the ICMR-funded project titled "Determinants of socio-economic disparities in Oral Cancer Survival in India". The position is initially for six months with possible extension based on project requirements. Freshers with the required qualifications and research experience can apply.

Who Can Apply?

You can apply if you meet any one of the following qualification combinations:

Option 1: Graduate Route

• Graduation in Life Science, B.Pharm, Anthropology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or Clinical Research
• Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (PGDCR)
• Minimum 2 years of research experience (mandatory)

Option 2: Post Graduate Route

• Post Graduate Degree in Life Science, M.Pharm, Public Health, Statistics, or Biostatistics
• Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
• Minimum 1 year of research experience (mandatory)

Desirable Skills

• Experience in health research projects and scientific writing or paper publications
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic clinical trial data management

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years
• Age relaxation rules of the Government of India apply for reserved category candidates

Salary

• Consolidated monthly remuneration: Rs. 36,400 per month
• The salary already includes 30% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• No additional allowances are mentioned in the notification

Selection Process

Selection will be done in 2 stages:

1. Initial Screening: TMC will screen all applications based on qualification and experience. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. You must carry the online application form, original documents and one set of copies.

Note: Meeting the qualifications alone does not guarantee an interview call. TMC may restrict the number of candidates based on experience.

• Support the principal investigator in conducting the ICMR-funded oral cancer research project
• Collect, manage and validate clinical trial data using basic data management tools
• Coordinate patient enrolment and follow-up activities for the cohort study
• Assist with scientific writing, manuscript preparation and journal submissions
• Maintain proper records of project files, consent forms and case report forms
• Communicate with study participants in English, Hindi and Marathi as needed
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for project review meetings
