The Office of Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), Pakur — under the Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand — has released a notification for 20 guest teacher and hostel warden posts across 10 different categories for two EMRS residential schools. The engagement is purely temporary up to 31 March 2027 or until regular teachers join — whichever is earlier. Retired CBSE / KVS / NVS / State Government teachers can also apply with relaxed age limit of 65 years.

• TGT Social Science: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Science: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Mathematics: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Music: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Computer: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Santhali: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT Sanskrit: 2 posts (1 + 1)
• TGT PET (Physical Education Teacher): 3 posts (1 + 2: 1 Male & 1 Female)
• TGT Art & Crafts: 2 posts (0 + 2: 1 Male & 1 Female)
• Hostel Warden (Female): 1 post (Rajbari only)

Total Vacancies: 20 (8 at Kumarbhaja + 12 at Rajbari)

Who Can Apply?

For TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) posts:

• Essential: 4-year Integrated B.Ed (with at least 50% marks) in the relevant subject, OR 3-year Bachelor's Honours degree in the relevant subject + B.Ed
• CTET: You must have qualified CTET Paper-II (Class VI-VIII) conducted by CBSE
• STET: Candidates who passed STET can also be considered if CTET-qualified candidates are not available

For TGT Art & Crafts:

• Graduation in Physical Education / Art & Crafts from a recognised institution

For TGT PET (Physical Education Teacher):

• Graduation in Physical Education from a recognised institution

For TGT Music:

• Graduation in Music from a recognised university, OR
• 10th class pass with Diploma in Music (Sangeet Prabhakar / Sangeet Visharad)

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Maximum age: 60 years
• For retired teachers from State Government / KVS / NVS / recognised CBSE schools: maximum age is 65 years, provided they are physically fit to work at a residential school

Salary

• Monthly remuneration will be paid on per-hour basis as per rates approved by NESTS / State EMRS Society
• No other allowances or claims will be entertained

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection happens in two stages:

1. Shortlisting: List of eligible candidates will be prepared from the received applications.
2. Walk-in Interview / Skill Test: Conducted by the District Level Committee, tentatively on 22 June 2026 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shortlisted candidates will be informed separately about the date and time.

2. Fill the application form completely and attach self-attested copies of all educational certificates, experience certificates, and other documents.
3. Paste a recent passport-size colour photograph (self-attested) on the application form.
4. Send the completed application by Registered Post / Speed Post only to: Project Director, ITDA Office, Pakur, PIN Code - 816107 (Beside SBI Pakur Main Branch).
5. The application must reach the office by 5:00 PM on 10 June 2026. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.

• Teach assigned subjects to Class VI-VIII students at the EMRS residential school
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and conduct tests as per the curriculum
• Stay available at the residential school as per the requirements of students and the school
• Participate in co-curricular activities alongside regular teaching duties
• Follow the directions issued by the institute head and District Level Committee
• Maintain discipline and supervise hostel students (for Hostel Warden post)
• Comply with NESTS guidelines for EMRS guest teachers
