Role and Work Details

The selected candidate will supervise day-to-day plant operations during assigned shifts at the iCEM Dev Dholera campus. The role needs strong attention to safety, process consistency and production targets. You will work with process units such as grinding, hydro cyclone classification, flotation, roasting, leaching, purification, precipitation, filtration, drying and utilities.

This job also needs coordination with maintenance, laboratory, QA/QC, safety, R&D, production and utilities teams. The notice highlights process monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, housekeeping and support for commissioning, trial runs and process optimisation. Candidates who have worked in real plant conditions will understand this role better than candidates with only classroom exposure.

Process Units You Will Handle

• Grinding Circuit: Ball mill and grinding circuit operation and monitoring.
• Classification: Hydro cyclone classification and process flow monitoring.
• Beneficiation: Flotation circuit work and recovery tracking.
• Hydrometallurgy: Roasting, leaching, purification and precipitation systems.
• Finishing and Utilities: Filtration, drying and plant utility coordination.

Teams You Will Coordinate With

• Maintenance Team: For equipment uptime and quick fault response.
• Laboratory and QA/QC Team: For sample results, quality checks and process consistency.
• Safety Team: For SOP compliance and safe shift operations.
• Process Development and R&D Team: For trial runs, commissioning support and improvement work.

Key Competencies

• Mineral Processing Operations: You should understand day-to-day operation of beneficiation and mineral processing units.
• Hydrometallurgical Supervision: You should be comfortable supervising leaching, purification and precipitation-related plant activity.
