The appointment is on contractual basis for one year, extendable annually after satisfactory appraisal, up to a maximum of 3 years or until regular appointment is made. Faculty Departments

• Qualification: You need the required MD/MS/DNB qualification in the concerned specialty as per NMC norms.
• Departments: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and other listed specialties.

Super Specialty Departments

• Qualification: You need the required DM/M.Ch/DNB qualification in the concerned super specialty as per NMC norms.
• Departments: Neuro Surgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Nephrology, and Cardiology.

• Registration: Bring your Medical Council or State Council registration certificate.
• Teaching certificates: Bring experience and undergraduate teaching certificates for the relevant specialty or super specialty.
• NOC: If you are working in any Central or State Government sector, bring a No Objection Certificate from your employer.

Age Limit

• Age: As per NMC norms.

Salary

• Faculty Professor: Rs. 2,25,000 per month fixed, with annual increment of Rs. 6,000

• Faculty Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,25,000 per month fixed, with annual increment of Rs. 3,600

Application Fee

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be done through a walk-in interview and document checking.

1. Walk-in Registration: Report for registration on 11 June 2026. Registration is open up to 01:00 PM.
2. Interview: Attend the interview before the committee at Government Medical College Haldwani.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates and self-attested copies will be checked.
