Role-wise Work Details

- DevOps / Cloud Engineer: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS infrastructure, automate deployment environments, monitor logs and uptime, and support backup, security, and disaster recovery work.
- Support Executive (L1): Handle user queries, provide first-level troubleshooting, assist interns and NHAI users, keep incident logs, escalate technical issues, and support operations during internship cycles.
