Who Can Apply?

Medical and Clinical Posts

  • Dental Surgeon: MDS or BDS with registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council.
  • MO-AYUSH: BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS with live registration in the Chhattisgarh AYUSH registration system.
  • Physiotherapist: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT).

Nursing and Community Health Posts

  • Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, or GNM with Chhattisgarh Nursing Council registration.
  • Community Health Officer: B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with integrated Community Health course as mentioned in the notice.
  • 2nd ANM: 12th pass with ANM qualification from an INC-affiliated training centre and live Chhattisgarh Nursing registration.

Technical, Pharmacy and Office Posts

  • Laboratory Technician: BMLT or DMLT with Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council registration.
  • Pharmacist: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy with registration.

Salary

  • Highest monthly honorarium: Dental Surgeon - Rs. 27,500.
  • MO-AYUSH: Rs. 25,000 per month.
  • Block Programme Manager: Rs. 26,000 per month.
  • Nursing Officer / CHO / Pharmacist: Usually Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 16,500 per month, depending on the post.
  • Support and Class IV posts: Usually Rs. 8,800 to Rs. 10,000 per month.
  • The notice gives fixed contract honorarium, not a regular pay matrix salary.

  • Disabled / SC / ST: Rs. 100 for posts with honorarium up to Rs. 25,000; Rs. 200 for posts above Rs. 25,000.

Selection Process

Selection is based on educational marks, experience or bonus marks, and skill test / written test / interview marks as applicable for the post.

  1. Educational Merit: Most posts use 65 marks for essential qualification. Some support posts use 85 marks.
  2. Experience / Bonus Marks: Experience marks may be 10, 15, or 20 marks depending on the post and experience type.
  3. Skill Test / Written Test / Interview: Many technical and office posts carry 20 marks for this stage.
  4. Minimum Marks: You must score at least 30% marks in the skill test or interview stage where it applies.
  5. Document Verification: Original documents and certificates will be checked before appointment.
