About the Organisation
BRIC-THSTI is an institute of the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council under DBT, Ministry of Science & Technology. It is located at the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster in Faridabad with a mission to conduct innovative translational research and develop research collaborations to translate concepts into products for improving human health.
About the Centre (CDSA)
The Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA) is a niche centre of THSTI established to facilitate development of affordable healthcare products for public health diseases. It is the only public centre in India mandated to support not-for-profit, technology-based preclinical and clinical product development as well as clinical research conducted by public agencies.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track distribution and reconciliation of clinical trial supplies, lab kits, and investigational products to study sites
- Maintain regulatory and trial documentation including the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Support CRAs and site staff in collecting, reviewing, and tracking essential regulatory documents for ethics committee and regulatory submissions
- Schedule, coordinate, and document clinical team meetings, site teleconferences, and investigator meetings
- Liaise with regulatory, legal, and contracts departments for site contracts and confidentiality agreements
- Support budget tracking, invoice verification, and financial documentation related to trial expenses and vendor contracts
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, applicable regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs
- Participate in internal and external audits and support CAPA implementation
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification
Post Graduate Degree (including integrated PG) in any branch of Life Sciences with 3 years post-qualification clinical trial monitoring experience OR PhD with experience in clinical trial monitoring.
Preferred Qualification
PhD in Life Sciences with clinical trial monitoring experience
Required Skills
ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial lifecycle, eTMF, CTMS, document management platforms, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), communication, problem-solving, organisational skills

The Research Officer will be paid Rs. 67,000 per month plus HRA. This is a project-based contract position with extension subject to performance and project tenure.
You need a Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences with 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience, or a PhD with relevant clinical trial monitoring experience. Maximum age is 40 years with relaxation for reserved categories.
