National AYUSH Mission (NAM), Kerala is hiring Medical Officers for AYURVIDYA, its School Health Programme project. The State Mission Director's office in Thiruvananthapuram is running this drive, but the doctors it picks will work in schools across the state. This is a contract job tied to the project, so you will be engaged only for AYURVIDYA work and not for the mission's regular dispensaries.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Posting anywhere in Kerala: You can list your preferred districts. Postings follow the rank list and those preferences, but the project can deploy you to any location it needs.
• Immediate joining: You must join the project as soon as you receive the appointment order.
• Contract terms: The engagement is purely on contract under the AYURVIDYA project and follows the terms and conditions set by the Mission.
• Indicative vacancies: NAM says the number of posts is only indicative. It may decide to engage fewer people than advertised, or none at all.
• Experience proof: Appointment letters, salary certificates or pay slips are not accepted in place of a work experience certificate.
• Equivalent qualifications: If your qualification is an equivalent one, attach the equivalency certificate with your application. Without it, your application will be rejected.
• Canvassing: Any canvassing leads to automatic disqualification.
