Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is building high-capacity freight-only rail corridors across the country. To meet immediate manpower needs, DFCCIL is forming a need-based panel of retired Indian Railways employees for re-employment in the Civil Department of its Tundla Unit. This is a walk-in interview — there is no online application. Only substantive Level 6-7 retirees are eligible; employees who reached Level 8 or 9 solely through pay-upgradation (MACP) are treated as equivalent to Level 7 for this purpose.

Engagement Terms: If selected, you will be placed on a panel and engaged for 1 year, terminable by either side with 1 month's notice. You will also earn 2 days of leave for every completed month of engagement, though this leave cannot be carried forward to the next year.

Who Can Apply?

• Eligibility: Retired Indian Railways employees with sufficient experience working in the Civil Department.
• Pay Level: Must have retired from substantive CDA Pay Level 6 to Level 7. MACP-based upgradation to Level 8 or 9 will not be considered — such employees are treated as equivalent to Level 7 for this re-employment.
• Health: Preference is given to retired employees who are in good health.

Age Limit

• You can be re-employed up to a maximum age of 65 years.
• On the date of the walk-in interview, your age should not exceed 64 years — you need at least one year of residual age before turning 65.

Salary

• Your pay will be fixed as per DFCCIL's HR Policy, based on the CDA Pay Level you held at retirement (Level 6-7). Exact monthly figures have not been disclosed in this notice.
• You will get Conveyance Allowance and Mobile charges as per DFCCIL policy. No other allowance is admissible. TA/DA/Lodging will be paid as per policy when you travel on duty.

Selection Process

Your selection will happen in these stages:

1. Document Verification: DFCCIL officials will check your Service Certificate/PPO (as per 7th CPC) and other relevant documents at the walk-in venue.
2. Walk-in Interview: Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and produce the required documents will be interviewed.
3. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must clear a medical fitness check-up before being offered re-employment.

1. Report to the CGM/Tundla Office, New Tundla Station/EDFC, Village Bhakti Ghari, Tehsil Tundla, District Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh (283204).
2. Reach between 10.00 AM and 12.00 PM on 21 August 2026 (Friday), the date of the walk-in interview.
3. Carry your Service Certificate/PPO and self-certified copies of all other relevant documents.
4. Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear for the interview.
