ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI) is recruiting Young Professional-I and Young Professional-II staff for contractual research projects in its Division of Fruits and Horticultural Technology at Pusa, New Delhi. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The engagement lasts one year or until the relevant project ends or is terminated, whichever happens first. Any extension depends on the applicable project or funding-agency rules.
• Project-linked appointment: Each post ends with its respective project. You cannot claim regular appointment, absorption or continued service at ICAR-IARI after the project finishes.
• Travel costs: You must cover your interview expenses. The institute will not pay TA/DA or other costs for attending.
• Accuracy of information: False statements, concealed facts, misleading claims or canvassing can lead to rejection or termination. This applies during screening and at later stages of the engagement.
• Relationship declaration: All applicants must complete the prescribed declaration. If you have relatives working in ICAR/IARI, disclose their names, designations, duties and relationship to you.
• Research safeguards: You must follow institute rules on laboratory safety, biosafety and data security. Project data and laboratory test results must remain confidential.
• Ownership: Data, materials, know-how and intellectual property generated during the engagement belong to ICAR-IARI. The appointment does not give you a claim over them.
• Decisions and disputes: The constituted committee's selection decision is final and binding. Any dispute falls under the competent courts in New Delhi.
