High Court of Kerala (HCK) is recruiting a Telephone Operator through direct recruitment at the court in Kochi. This is the second NCA notification for an unfilled Scheduled Caste vacancy linked to an earlier recruitment. The notice addresses a specific reserved opening, with its own ranked-list conditions.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Community restriction: This recruitment is restricted to Scheduled Caste candidates from Kerala. Applications from other communities will be rejected.
• Ranked-list validity: The list stays valid until a candidate is advised and appointed against the earmarked vacancy. It is tied to the vacancy arising from the earlier ranked list.
• Finality of your form: Check your entries before sending the online form. The court will not allow changes after submission, and a claim left out of its relevant field cannot be added later.
• Upload restrictions: Preview your scanned uploads carefully. After you submit them, you cannot replace or delete them through the portal.
• Provisional admission: Receiving an admission ticket or call letter does not mean the court has accepted every claim in your application. Final acceptance remains subject to checking the original evidence.
• Incorrect information: False details or hidden facts can lead to cancellation, including termination if discovered after appointment. Give complete and accurate information about your circumstances.
• Conduct: Canvassing can cancel your candidature. Malpractice can also result in a temporary or permanent bar from court recruitment.
• Changes to recruitment: The court may modify or cancel the notification. Its decisions on recruitment matters are final under the notice.

One Time Registration on the court recruitment portal is necessary before applying. Keep a saved or printed copy of your completed form for your own reference; you do not need to post it or other papers to the court.
