Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial tenure: Your engagement starts for one year. Subsequent renewals are limited to a maximum period of three years and depend on your performance and management's decision.
• Part-time schedule: The notice sets three hours a day on five days each week. The Medical Superintendent controls the actual schedule, so the roster determines when you attend the hospital.
• Employment status: These engagements do not fill permanent vacancies. They do not give you a claim to regular or permanent employment with BHEL.
• Ending the engagement: Either you or BHEL can discontinue the arrangement with one month's notice during the contract period.
• Posting: The requirement belongs to the Jhansi unit, and BHEL will not accept requests to change the posting. The company may still change the location for administrative reasons.
• Changes to recruitment: Management can change the scale of recruitment, cancel it or reopen it. It may also decide to leave advertised positions unfilled.
• Replacement panel: If someone declines the offer or leaves within the first two months, BHEL may approach the next suitable person. The panel remains valid for one year from the unit's first PTMC engagement.
• Accuracy of information: Incomplete applications can be rejected. Incorrect or concealed information can lead to rejection or termination even after engagement, so check every entry you provide.
• Disputes: Legal proceedings relating to this recruitment fall under the courts, tribunals or forums with jurisdiction over the unit's location.
