IISER Pune ANRF Project Associate Chemistry Recruitment 2026: Overview
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune (IISER Pune) is hiring an ANRF Project Associate-I for a chemistry research project at its Pune campus. Funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), the project concerns the design and synthesis of Cyclic Alkyl Amino Olefin (CAAO) and its use in isolating low-valent main-group species. This is a temporary project appointment through a walk-in recruitment process.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Tenure: The initial appointment is for one year. It may be extended if your performance is satisfactory and the project continues.
- Project employment: The appointment is temporary and can end automatically without notice or compensation. You will have no claim to absorption or a regular appointment at IISER Pune.
- Institute terms: Your appointment will follow IISER Pune’s terms and conditions. Continued engagement depends on the project arrangement described in the notice.
- Changes and replacements: The institute may change the advertised strength according to its needs. If a selected person does not join or later resigns, someone on the waiting list may receive an offer.
- Travel: You must meet your own interview travel and daily expenses. The institute will not reimburse them.
- Recruitment conduct: Attempts to use political or other influence can lead to disqualification. The institute will not entertain interim enquiries or correspondence about the recruitment.
