Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is holding a walk-in interview for Senior Resident in the Department of Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. If you have an MD in Medicine or an equivalent PG degree, or a DM in Medical Oncology, you can walk in directly for the interview. The interview is on 28 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Salary goes up to Rs. 1,45,530 per month (gross, consolidated) depending on your qualification.

Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a grant-in-aid institute under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has invited applications from Indian nationals for the post of Senior Resident in the Department of Medical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. This is a walk-in interview — you do not need to submit an online application, just show up on the interview date with your documents. Doctors with an MD, an equivalent postgraduate medical degree, or a DM in Medical Oncology can attend.

Who Can Apply?

  • Qualification: MD in Medicine, or equivalent postgraduate degree, or DM (Medical Oncology).
  • Nationality: Indian Nationals only.

Age Limit

  • You should be up to 40 years old.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities.

Salary

  • MD / DNB qualified candidates get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,33,623 per month (Gross Pay).
  • DM / Dr.NB qualified candidates get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,45,530 per month (Gross Pay).

Selection Process (Walk-In Interview Only)

There is no written exam for this post. You get selected directly through:

  1. Walk-In Interview: Held in person at the Office of the Director (Academics), Homi Bhabha Block, 13th Floor, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai. Bring your resume, photo ID proof, and original and attested copies of all qualification and experience certificates.

  • Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient management
  • Handle emergency oncology cases as required
