Service Conditions and Caveats

• Change in openings: The court may increase or reduce the advertised requirement. The announcement therefore allows the final recruitment requirement to change.

• Payment conditions: Payments are non-refundable and cannot be carried over to another recruitment. Payment against an earlier registration cannot be adjusted against a later registration, and bank charges may apply.
• Appointment restrictions: The notice bars appointment following dismissal by the specified public authorities, conviction for an offence involving moral turpitude, or having more than one living spouse. Trying to influence the recruiting authority can also disqualify you.
• Travel expenses: You must cover your own expenses when attending the selection test. The court does not undertake to reimburse this travel.
