TANUVAS is hiring 2 Project Assistants at the Veterinary College and Research Institute, Salem for a homoeopathy research project funded by Dr Patels Homoeopathic Medicines Limited. If you have BVSc & AH, BSc Agricultural Sciences, or MSc in Life Sciences, you can apply by post. The cut-off date for receipt of applications is 1 June 2026 and the walk-in interview is on 3 June 2026 at 10:00 AM. Salary is Rs. 35,000 per month (consolidated) for six months.

Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) has released a walk-in interview notification for 2 Project Assistant posts under the research project titled "Clinical validation of homoeopathic oral sprays in parasitic and microbial diseases of cattle and dogs" (SC. No. 23348) at the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Salem - 636 112. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The project is funded by Dr Patels Homoeopathic Medicines Limited.

Who Can Apply?

  • Essential Qualification: BVSc & AH / BSc in Agricultural Sciences / MSc in Life Sciences
  • Desirable Experience: Experience of working in Animal Husbandry Projects
  • Upper Age Limit: 40 years
  • Working personnel must attend the interview with a No Objection Certificate from their present employer

Selection happens in 2 stages:

  1. Written Examination: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written examination.
  2. Interview: Followed by an interview on 3 June 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Department of Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary College and Research Institute, Salem - 636 112.

Selection will be made purely on merit basis as per the norms of ASRR, TANUVAS, Chennai. Mere attendance at the interview does not guarantee appointment.
