SKAU Non Teaching Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview
Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra (SKAU) is recruiting regular non-teaching staff through direct recruitment. The university, based on Umri Road in Sector 8, Kurukshetra, brings administrative, engineering, library and stores appointments together in this advertisement.

- Haryana reservation: reservation benefits are limited to Haryana domicile holders. Reserved-category applicants from other states compete in the General or Unreserved category.
- Reserved-category applications: if no post is reserved for your Haryana category, you may compete for an unreserved post when you meet its conditions. The notification treats the post category and any applicable fee concession separately.
- Store Keeper probation: you must pass the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications during the two-year probation period, which can be extended by one year. Increments remain withheld until you pass; failure within the allowed period can end the appointment.
- Provisional candidature: an admit card does not mean the university has finally accepted your eligibility. SKAU can cancel candidature if a later check shows that a condition was not met.
- University discretion: SKAU may change the advertised positions, leave posts unfilled or withdraw all or part of the advertisement. Your application does not guarantee an appointment.

परीक्षा पैटर्न
Assistant Registrar
You take a multiple-choice written test with 60 questions for 60 marks in 90 minutes. Each correct answer earns 1 mark; a wrong answer loses 0.25 marks, and an unanswered question carries no mark or penalty.
- Domain knowledge: Haryana Civil Services Rules, Ministry of AYUSH and UGC matters — 30 questions.
- Hindi and English: 10 questions.
- Computer knowledge and reasoning aptitude: 10 questions.
- University/college administration awareness: 10 questions.
The overall merit total is 100 marks: written test 60, academic achievement and experience 15, computer skill test 10 and interview 15. The initial shortlist for physical document verification and subsequent skill test/interview follows a 1:5 ratio in each category.
Academic assessment: graduation and postgraduation each carry up to 5 marks. Scores up to 60% earn no academic points; each additional percentage point earns 0.125 marks, capped at 5 marks per qualification. Experience beyond the required 5 years earns 1 mark per completed year, capped at 5 marks.
Computer skill assessment: you are assessed on MS Office, internet/email use, document handling and finding relevant information online.

Typing and data entry: the Library Assistant qualification specifies English typing at 30 wpm; Store Keeper applicants must qualify the stated data-entry/computer-skills test at 30 wpm.
Accessibility: qualifying PwBD applicants can receive 20 minutes per hour of extra time with the prescribed medical certification and university permission. Requests for a scribe must reach the university at least 10 days before the examination; the stated locomotor-disability extra-time request must be made at least 1 week before the test.
