Service Conditions and Caveats

• Posting liability: RITES can place you anywhere in India or abroad according to its project needs. You should consider this mobility requirement when choosing to apply.
• Probation: The initial probation lasts one year. Confirmation depends on performance, checks of your submitted records and the company's confirmation requirements; probation continues until the confirmation order is issued.
• Outside applications: The company will not forward an employee's application for an outside job until the employee completes two years of service.
• Travel costs: RITES will not pay fares or travel and daily allowances for taking part in recruitment.
• Release from employment: If you already work elsewhere, you must be properly relieved by that employer before joining RITES.
