• Service-record disclosures: If a major or minor penalty was imposed during the period covered by the notice, the forwarding authority must send the related disciplinary-case details. Your port also has to certify the particulars that it forwards.
• Complete submission: PPA will not consider incomplete applications, late applications or applications that do not come through the proper channel. Check the forwarding arrangements with your port early enough for it to complete its part.
