Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) is recruiting a Junior Assistant for Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited through the Part II Society Category. This is not an open-market route: it is designed for regular employees serving in affiliated member societies and their primary societies. The recruitment gives experienced co-operative-sector staff a path into the Federation while keeping the appointment within Kerala PSC's statewide selection system.

The work is an administrative support role in the milk co-operative network. You can expect to handle office records, routine correspondence, registers and member-society information under the rules of the Federation. Your service status is central to the application, so the employment details recorded by your society must match the certificate uploaded to the PSC profile.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Restricted applicant pool: Only qualifying regular employees of affiliated member societies and primary member societies can use this Society Category notification.
• Service continuity: You must remain in the eligible service position at the relevant application and appointment points, subject to the limited exception stated for employees already recruited by PSC into reserved apex or central-society posts.
• Category rotation: Appointments alternate between the General Category and Society Category lists, with the General Category receiving the first turn.
• Shortage rule: If the Society Category list lacks candidates, a turn may be filled from the general open-market list and is not restored later.
• Statewide selection: The recruitment is conducted across Kerala rather than for a single district.
• Probation: An appointee serves two years on duty within a continuous period of three years under the applicable co-operative rules.
• Ranked-list operation: The list normally remains active for the period set by Kerala PSC. A special extension can apply when nobody has been advised before its ordinary expiry.
• Test confirmation: If a written, OMR or online test is scheduled, you must confirm attendance in your PSC profile to become eligible for the admission ticket.
