Posts and Disciplines

• Program Architect: the programme leadership role, linking academic direction with technology, production and impact tracking.
• Senior Instructional Designer: the pedagogy lead, responsible for the learning framework used across online and blended modules.

• Software Developer: the technical role supporting digital platforms for faculty engagement and learning.

Post-wise Duties

Program Architect

You will shape the programme plan, guide functional teams and track results. The role also covers governance, risk management and representation in academic collaborations.

Senior Instructional Designer

You will build curriculum frameworks, define learning outcomes and guide assessment design. Feedback from pilot groups helps you improve the modules.

Instructional Designer

You will coordinate lesson plans and learning assets, check alignment with learning goals and keep revisions organised. You will also work with multimedia teams on scripts and visual materials.

Software Developer

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Engagement: All roles are full-time project contracts. The appointment gives you no claim to a permanent institute position.
• Tenure: The initial appointment lasts one year. Renewal depends on performance, with project continuity also specified for the leadership, design, software, operations-manager and content roles.
