ICSIL is building a fresh panel to hire Data Entry Operators, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Drivers on a contract basis for government departments across Delhi/NCR. You can apply if you have passed 10th, 12th or graduation, depending on the post. The online window opens on 4 July 2026 and closes on 11 July 2026 at 6:00 PM. Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) is a joint venture of TCIL, a Government of India enterprise, and DSIIDC, an undertaking of the Delhi Government. Through advertisement no. ICSIL/RC/10-A/ICSIL/Various Post/2026-27, ICSIL is inviting online applications to build a panel of candidates for four posts. This is an empanelment drive — selected candidates are placed on a panel and sent to client government departments in Delhi/NCR as and when vacancies come up. The panel stays valid for a minimum of 2 years, so getting empanelled keeps you in the queue for future openings too.

Who Can Apply?

Each post has its own qualification. Pick the one that matches you:

Data Entry Operator (Graduate)

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Typing speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) in English.
• Desirable: A computer course of at least 3 months.

Data Entry Operator (12th Pass)

• Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM in English.
• Desirable: A computer course of at least 3 months.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• Qualification: 10th Pass.

Driver

• Qualification: 10th Pass (desirable).
• Licence: You must hold a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence.

For all posts, 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable.

Age Limit

• Data Entry Operator (Graduate): 21 to 45 years.
• Data Entry Operator (12th Pass), MTS and Driver: 18 to 45 years.
• Age relaxation: As per the applicable government rules.

Salary

• Pay for all posts is as per the minimum wages fixed by the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD). The exact amount depends on the skill category of the post (unskilled, semi-skilled or skilled).
• No extra conveyance allowance is paid by ICSIL. You may be posted anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may have to work in shifts or rotational duty.

Application Fee

• One-time registration (OTR) fee: Rs. 590 (non-refundable) for all candidates.
• Pay the fee online. This is a single fee — once paid, you can apply for any post without paying again.
• Pay the OTR fee at least 2 days before the closing date so your payment is updated in time.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam. Selection works in these stages:

1. Registration & Empanelment: Register online, pay the OTR fee, and your profile is checked against the eligibility of the post.
2. Panel Call-up: Candidates who qualify are called in order of Application ID (first registered, first considered), usually in a 1:3 ratio against the number of vacancies.
3. Document Verification: You must produce original documents for age, qualification, experience and identity.
4. Interview/Interaction: As prescribed by the client department that has the vacancy.
5. Typing Test: For Data Entry Operator posts, you must show at least 30 WPM in English.

• Drive and look after government vehicles safely with a valid LMV licence (Driver).
• Assist officers and staff with day-to-day departmental tasks.
• Work in shifts or rotational duty when the department needs it.
• Follow office rules and keep records in proper order.
