Service Conditions and Caveats

• Overseas assignment: You may be placed at renovation sites anywhere in Israel after arrival, depending on the employer's project needs.
• Contract and permit: The first visa and work permit run until the end of that calendar year. They may then be extended in periods of up to one year, subject to an overall maximum of 63 months.
• Working pattern: The role is planned around 182 duty hours per month and roughly 21-26 working days, with overtime handled under company rules.
• Accommodation: The employer arranges housing, but an accommodation deduction applies according to the place and type of lodging. You arrange your own food.
• Travel and checks: You bear the costs connected with your passport, medical check, police clearance, visa where applicable, joining flight and return flight. NSDC may help arrange visa and air travel at market rates.
• Insurance: The employer provides medical insurance, while the stated insurance charge is deducted from your pay.
• Personal record: You must be an Indian citizen with no earlier employment in Israel, no substance-abuse history and no immediate family member living or working there.
• Fitness: You need to be physically and mentally fit for construction work and free from chronic disease under the stated overseas medical conditions.
• Employer decision: The Israeli employer alone makes the final selection or rejection decision. NSDC facilitates the process and does not act as the employer.
• Before departure: Finally selected workers must attend job-role training and NSDC's pre-departure orientation after receiving the contract letter.
