The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Dima Hasao, Haflong in Assam is hiring a Driver on contingency basis. The driver will handle the official vehicle of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dima Hasao, and will work under the District and Sessions Judge's establishment. This is purely a temporary engagement on fixed pay, and the court can end it at any time. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Temporary engagement: The post is purely temporary and can be terminated at any time. It does not carry the benefits of a regular government post.
• Employment Exchange registration: You must hold a valid Employment Exchange registration and write the registration number and date in your application.
• Already in government service: Apply through proper channel with a no-objection certificate from your employer.
• Small family norm: You must submit a declaration in Form-A under Rule 5(1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
• Marriage condition: A person who has married while having a living spouse, or who has married someone who has a living spouse, is not eligible for appointment.
• No travel allowance: You will not get TA/DA for attending the driving test or interview.
• No call letters: The accepted and rejected lists, and the place, date and time of the test and interview, will be posted on dimahasao.dcourts.gov.in and on the notice boards of the court buildings at Haflong and Jatinga. No individual call letter or admit card is sent, so keep checking the website.
• Canvassing: Any direct or indirect canvassing will disqualify you.
• Rights reserved: The Selection Board can cancel or change the advertisement and its terms without prior notice.
