Post-wise Duties

You will provide outpatient care at the assigned Mother Teresa Advanced Health Clinic. The notice connects your clinical work to the clinic’s needs and the duties set by the supervising health office.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Nature of service: Both arrangements depend on need. Neither contract service nor empanelment gives you a right to regular appointment later.
• Health-centre schedule: Part-time Medical Officers normally work from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or according to service requirements.
• Clinic schedule: Empanelled Doctors normally work from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, or as required. Check the schedule for your assigned facility before joining.
• Leaving the engagement: You must give one month’s advance notice. Without that notice, you may leave by paying one month’s honorarium. The Civil Surgeon decides on service termination.
• Joining: The joining window runs for 15 days from issue of the appointment letter. Payment begins from the date your joining at the assigned facility is accepted.
• Conduct and information: A criminal conviction or false information or certificates can end the engagement. Paid honorarium may also be recovered under the applicable rules.
• Performance: Unsatisfactory service or obstruction of government work can lead to termination of the service or contract.
• Travel: The office will not pay travel allowance for attending the walk-in or for joining your posting.
