Central Bank of India (CBI) through its trust CBI-SUAPS (Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan) is hiring 2 Financial Literacy Centre (FLC) Counsellors on contract basis. These posts are for Ahilyanagar and Dhule districts in Maharashtra.

Who Can Apply?

• You must be a Graduate in any subject from a recognised university.
• You need at least 10 years of experience as an Officer or permanent employee.
• Preferred: Retired or VRS-opted Bank Officials of Scale I and above from any Nationalised Bank, SBI, or Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Ex-Servicemen or Government School Teachers with banking knowledge and IIBF certification can also apply.
• You should know how to use computers and MS Office.
• You must be able to type and speak fluently in Marathi.
• You must have an unblemished service record and a service certificate from your previous employer.
• You must be a resident of the district you are applying for (Ahilyanagar or Dhule).

Age Limit

Your age should be between 45 years and 65 years.

Vacancy Details

Salary

• Monthly salary: Rs. 25,000 (fixed)
• Conveyance allowance (including mobile): Rs. 1,000 per month
• Leave: 15 days per year (maximum 2 days per month)

Selection Process

There is no written exam for this post. Selection will be done through Personal Interview followed by document verification. The contract is for 1 year and can be renewed based on your performance (you need minimum "B" grading).

• Provide financial literacy and awareness to people in the assigned district
• Run the Financial Literacy Centre (FLC) and handle day-to-day operations
• Conduct workshops and camps on banking, savings, insurance, and pension schemes
• Guide rural and semi-urban people on government financial schemes and benefits
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the Regional Office
• Coordinate with banks, government offices, and local bodies for financial inclusion programs
• Maintain proper records of all activities and events conducted at the FLC
