Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, is recruiting healthcare and hospital-support staff for deployment in a Central Government Hospital in Delhi NCR. This is a contractual manpower engagement for the client hospital, with roles ranging from clinical diagnostics and rehabilitation to patient coordination, laboratory support, ambulance care and food service. The notified requirement is tentative and may increase or decrease with the hospital's needs.

The drive brings several professional routes into one notice. You can choose a role aligned with speech and hearing, emergency care, hospital management, laboratory work, dental services, operation theatre technology, physiotherapy, pharmacy or radiography. Food-service applicants also have a separate support role with health and hygiene conditions designed for hospital kitchens.

Posts and Disciplines

• Technical Assistant ENT: speech-and-hearing support for the ENT service, with professional registration expected from the appointed person.
• EMT Technician: ambulance transfer, patient care and ambulance-control-room support in shifts.
• Patient Care Manager: coordination of patient-care staff, attendance coverage, escalation handling and orderly movement of patients to OPDs.
• Lab Attendant: practical support for hospital laboratory work, sample flow and day-to-day lab readiness.
• Dental Technician: technical assistance for dental appliances and related dental-service work.
• Food Bearer: food distribution and utility work in a hospital catering setting, with special food-handler health safeguards.
• OT Technologist: operation-theatre and anaesthesia-technology support around procedures and theatre preparation.

Post-wise Duties

Technical Assistant ENT

You will assist with speech and hearing assessment services, maintain clinical records and support the ENT team during patient work.

EMT Technician

You will transfer and care for patients in hospital ambulances, work assigned shifts and help run the ambulance control room.

Patient Care Manager

You will supervise patient-care coordinators, arrange coverage when someone is absent and act as the first escalation point for reported issues.

Lab Attendant and Dental Technician

You will support the assigned laboratory or dental unit by preparing work areas, handling routine materials and keeping technical services organised.

Food Bearer

You will handle food-service and utility work while following hospital food-safety, hygiene and vaccination rules.

OT Technologist

You will prepare theatre equipment and assist the clinical team with operation-theatre and anaesthesia workflows.

Junior Physiotherapist

You will deliver prescribed therapy, guide patients through exercises and keep rehabilitation notes for the clinical team.

Pharmacist and Radiographer

You will provide the professional service linked to your registration or degree, keep accurate records and follow medicine or imaging safety controls.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract status: Every role is offered for contractual deployment at the client hospital and does not create a right to regular BECIL employment.
• Changing requirement: BECIL may increase, reduce, postpone, reopen or cancel the requirement according to the client's needs.
• Separate applications: If you want to be considered for more than one role, you must file a separate application for each one.
• Local preference: The organisation may prefer local applicants or people who already have relevant experience in a similar department.
• Communication: Keep your registered email address and mobile number active because BECIL will use them for shortlisting and further assessment updates.
• Travel: No TA or DA is available for tests, personal interaction, document checks, interviews or joining.
• Food-handler safeguards: Food Bearers must meet the medical-examination and vaccination conditions in Annexure A before joining.
• Past engagement: People whose earlier BECIL or client engagement ended for disciplinary action, misconduct, poor performance or breach of contract cannot be considered under this notice.
