All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jodhpur is engaging a Project Technician-II in the Department of Pediatrics for an NCG-ICMR funded extramural research project. The study is a multicentric, open-label randomised trial examining whether low-dose nivolumab can replace bleomycin in ABVD backbone chemotherapy for newly diagnosed advanced-stage paediatric Hodgkin lymphoma. You will join the project team working under the principal investigator, Dr Siyaram Didel, in a role that supports the study's practical and administrative research needs.

This is a purely temporary project appointment, not a route into a regular AIIMS post. The initial engagement is for six months and may continue only if the project still needs the role and your performance is satisfactory. Because the research involves several clinical and scientific stakeholders, the work calls for careful records, dependable coordination and clear English communication. Comfort with MS Office is particularly useful for maintaining study information and supporting routine project reporting.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project link: The appointment is co-terminus with the research project and ends when the sanctioned work or engagement period ends.
• No regular claim: The contract does not create a right to permanent employment at AIIMS Jodhpur or continuation in another project.
• Extension: Any continuation depends on project requirements and a satisfactory performance appraisal; it is not automatic.
• Qualification standard: Educational, professional and technical qualifications must come from recognised boards or universities and must be full time.
• Experience counting: Only experience gained after completing the minimum educational qualification is considered for the role.
• Current employees: Applicants working in government or a public-sector undertaking need their employer's permission for the interview.
• Travel support: AIIMS Jodhpur will not pay TA or DA for attending the selection event.
• Conduct: Canvassing in any form leads to disqualification, and the institute's project terms govern the final engagement.
