Service Conditions and Caveats

• Initial probation: Your first 3 months after joining are a probation period. MyGov can shorten or extend this period based on your performance.
• Continuation: Completing probation does not automatically entitle you to absorption or a regular contract. MyGov explicitly keeps the decision on whether to continue the engagement.
• Contract terms: The notice also describes a regular contract after successful completion of the initial contract period. Read that provision together with the probation condition; it does not promise a permanent government appointment.

• Monitor public conversations on Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Analyse sentiment, share of voice and discussion themes to explain audience responses.
• Track campaign results, competitor activity and emerging issues affecting online reputation.
• Organise large digital datasets through tagging and classification.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations that explain findings to internal teams.
• Recommend campaign improvements using evidence from social and digital data.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting with colleagues and explore artificial intelligence tools for analysis.
