Jagat Mata Mahila Sankul Stariya Sangathan, Nemed (JMMS Nemed) is hiring an Integrated Farming Cluster (IFC) Anchor in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Employer: The cluster organisation owns and manages this recruitment. The notice expressly states that the appointment has no employment connection with a government, semi-government or private institution; keep that distinction in mind when considering the role.
• Nature of engagement: You will work full-time in a temporary appointment. Continuation depends on the project's needs and performance reviews, so the position does not offer an unconditional long-term tenure.
• Probation: The initial probation lasts at least one month. If your work is satisfactory during that period, the appointment can be extended for the following eleven months.
• Annual review: After the first year, a committee formed under the cluster organisation reviews performance against its key performance indicators. A score of at least 75% is needed for a possible extension for another year.
• Further extension: The notice also allows the cluster organisation to extend the appointment if it needs the role beyond IFC work. This remains a decision for the organisation and depends on its requirements.
• Recruitment threshold: The process starts only if applications reach at least ten times the advertised positions. Sending an application therefore does not, by itself, guarantee that recruitment will proceed.
• Decision-making: The evaluation committee's decision is binding. The recruiting cluster organisation retains the final say on disputes or problems arising during recruitment.
