Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project-linked engagement: Both research streams belong to the same DBT-supported project at the Faridabad centre. The appointments are temporary and end with the project or scheme.
• Initial tenure: The opening terms give an initial end point of 14 September 2027, or the end of the project if earlier. The general conditions also describe the initial appointment as one year; check the appointment terms for the period that applies to you.
• Continuation: IOCL may shorten or extend the engagement after assessing your performance and through a decision by the competent authority. An extension is therefore conditional, and you should not treat the initial period as a promise of continued work.
• Travel support: The notice does not provide travel or daily allowance for attending the interview. Keep this condition in mind when planning your participation.
