Service Conditions and Caveats

• Employment arrangement: You will be engaged through a third-party outsourcing agency and deployed at IIT Tirupati. These are temporary outsourced engagements.
• Initial tenure: The appointment runs for one year. Any extension depends on the annual performance appraisal, so continuation is subject to that review.
• No automatic continuation: Completing the contract does not create a right to extension, regularisation or permanent employment at the institute. Keep this condition in mind when considering the position.
• Work and conduct: Your work and conduct can be reviewed during the engagement. If either is found unsatisfactory or unsuitable, the engagement can end immediately without notice.

• Attendance costs: The selection process will be held offline. No travel or daily allowance is payable for attending it.
