All India Institute of Medical Sciences Rewari (AIIMS Rewari) is recruiting Junior Residents (Non-Academic) at its institute in Haryana. Posts and Disciplines

• Clinical departments: Anesthesiology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and Radiology are included in this notice.
• Preclinical departments: Anatomy, Biochemistry and Physiology also have Junior Resident positions in the same recruitment exercise.
• Hospital Administration: This department is included alongside the clinical and preclinical departments under the Non-Academic Junior Resident designation.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The initial appointment is for six months. It may continue up to a maximum of one year at the competent authority's discretion.
• Extension review: A committee appointed by the Executive Director may review your performance at the end of the initial tenure. Unsatisfactory performance means the appointment will not be extended.
• Work arrangements: You may work in shifts and may be assigned to any place within the institute, as decided by the competent authority.
• Private practice: Private practice of any kind is prohibited. This condition applies during your appointment.
• Joining: If selected, you must join within 15 days or by the date stated in your selection letter. Missing that requirement can lead to withdrawal of the offer.
• Reservation: Horizontal reservation for persons with benchmark disabilities applies within their respective categories. If suitable applicants from a reserved category are unavailable, the institute may temporarily appoint someone from another category for up to 44 days at a time.
• Unfilled EWS seats: The notice allows applicants from other categories to be considered provisionally as unreserved applicants if an EWS seat remains unfilled.
• Institute discretion: AIIMS Rewari may change the number of posts, leave posts unfilled or withdraw the advertisement. The Executive Director's decision governs disputes about selection.
