All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhopal is recruiting a Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) and Project Technical Support-II staff for an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-funded study. The project examines reference intervals in children and adolescents as part of TERIIP Phase II, a multi-centre observational cross-sectional study. Posts and Disciplines

• Project Research Scientist-I (Medical): This is the medical research position in the TERIIP team, linked to the department's clinical biochemistry and pathology work.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: The initial appointment is for 11 months. An extension can run up to three years, depending on the project and the availability of funds; continued engagement is not automatic.
• Project appointment: You cannot use this contract to claim a regular post or permanent absorption at AIIMS Bhopal or ICMR. The Principal Investigator can extend or end the engagement under the project conditions.

• Attendance costs: You must meet your own travel costs for attending the test or interview; the institute will not pay TA/DA.

• Conduct: Canvassing or giving false information can lead to disqualification. The competent authority's decision is final, and disputes fall under the courts in Bhopal.
