The project is a prospective Phase III open-label randomised controlled trial that tests whether giving chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant chemotherapy) can help save the lower jaw bone (mandible) in patients with oral cavity cancers. Oral cancer is among the most common cancers in India, and a trial like this needs a manager who can keep patient enrolment, data and regulatory paperwork on track. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Project-based post: This is a project position tied to Project A/c. No. 6483, not a regular TMC job, so the engagement depends on the project.
• Experience counts only after qualification: The notice asks for experience gained after you complete your qualifying degree or diploma; earlier work does not count.
• Screening test if many turn up: If a large number of candidates attend, TMC will hold an MCQ test and only those shortlisted will go on to the interview.
• Internal candidates: If you already work at TMC, you must bring a No Objection Certificate from your current Head of Department or Principal Investigator.
• Several routes to eligibility: The notice accepts a life science or pharmacy graduate or postgraduate with a PG Diploma in Clinical Research, a dedicated clinical research master's, or a Pharm.D., so you do not need a medical degree to apply.
