IISER Bhopal IPDF Near IR Emission Recruitment 2026: Overview

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER Bhopal) is recruiting an Institute Post-Doctoral Fellow (IPDF) in its Department of Chemistry. This fixed-term fellowship in Bhopal focuses on large pi-conjugated molecules for intense near-infrared emission, giving the appointment a specific chemical research direction.

Service Conditions and Caveats

Otherwise, the appointment may be cancelled or decided in consultation with the authority processing your thesis.
Leave and outpatient facilities: Your leave and outpatient medical care follow the provisions applicable to postgraduate students in the institute’s PG Manual.
Insurance: You must hold a medical insurance policy in your name, with at least Rs. 1 lakh cover, for the entire fellowship. Medical reimbursement is not available.
Housing: The institute does not offer accommodation to IPDF appointees. Keep this condition in mind when considering a move to Bhopal.
