Zila Panchayat Narayanpur is recruiting contractual staff for district and Janpad Panchayat offices in Chhattisgarh. Service Conditions and Caveats

• State residence: You must be a Chhattisgarh domicile holder. This condition applies to the recruitment as a whole.
• Contract term: The appointment can run for up to three years. If continued work is needed, annual extensions may be considered based on your ability, behaviour and work, with agreement from both sides under government directions.
• Service rules: Contract appointments follow the applicable Chhattisgarh contract-service rules. Leave follows those rules, and the state’s civil-service conduct rules also apply during service.
• Ending the appointment: Either party can end the contract with one month’s notice or payment in place of that notice. The notice also states that contract service does not create entitlement to pension, gratuity or death benefits after termination.
• Waiting list: Applicants below the selected person in merit order may remain on a waiting list for one year. Future openings can be filled from that list in order of merit.
• Previous service conduct: Applicants removed for irregularities, or denied a contract extension for that reason, cannot be selected. Incorrect information can lead to legal action.
• Family-related restrictions: The notice applies restrictions concerning marriage below the legal age, specified cases involving more than two living children, and marriage to a person whose spouse is already living. A government exemption is possible for the last condition.
• Recruitment authority: The District Programme Coordinator or Collector makes the final decision. The number of advertised posts may change.
